No. BuzzPay is completely app-free and doesn’t require an account. Just enter the code, pay, and you’re done.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, and where supported you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed over HTTPS by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We don’t see or store your full card details – they are handled securely by the payment system.

Check that the address uses HTTPS and the hostname is exactly www.buzzpay.co.uk or m.buzzpay.co.uk, not a longer or similarly spelled domain. A padlock or secure-connection icon alone does not prove a website is genuine. If you are unsure about a QR code or link, type www.buzzpay.co.uk directly into your browser and enter the car park code manually, or contact us.

If mobile data is weak, try an area with a better signal or use another payment method shown on the signs. Follow the car park’s payment requirements; a lack of signal does not extend the time allowed to pay.

Your payment confirmation email normally arrives within a few seconds. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Keep your payment confirmation email for your records. If you need a VAT receipt, contact us with your payment details to check whether one is available for your payment.

Yes. As long as you enter the correct vehicle registration, you can pay for any vehicle.

You can reopen the original payment link or use the link in your receipt email to extend your stay where available. Extend before your session expires and follow the car park’s maximum-stay and other restrictions.

Check the car park’s signs before leaving and returning. Re-entry and no-return restrictions vary by location; an unexpired payment does not override those rules.

Follow the parking terms on the signs and extend before your paid session expires, where permitted. A later payment or extension does not retrospectively cover an overstay.

Buy a new ticket with the correct registration, then contact us with both registrations and payment details so we can review the incorrect payment and any refund.

Double-check the digits on the sign. If it still doesn’t work, go to m.buzzpay.co.uk and select the car park from the list instead.

If you paid in error, please contact us with your registration and the time of payment. We may be able to help if the session hasn’t been used.
